How do I upgrade my company listing?
Find your company in the directory, click to view the profile, then use the 'Upgrade Listing' button. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout. Your upgrade is activated immediately after payment.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe's secure payment processing. Bank transfer is available for annual advertising and sponsorship bookings.
Is there a contract for listing upgrades?
Premium and Spotlight are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually — no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime from your company dashboard and your tier stays active until the end of the period. Advertising and sponsorships require a minimum booking period as stated.
What is a SIC code category?
The UK's Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) codes categorise businesses by activity. Category sponsorship lets you sponsor one specific SIC code — for example, 41100 (Housebuilders) or 43210 (Electrical installation).
How quickly do upgrades take effect?
Listing tier upgrades take effect immediately after payment confirmation. Your company will be moved to the top of its category within minutes.
