How this is calculated
Annual time value = users × hours saved per week × working weeks × loaded hourly cost. Net annual saving subtracts the subscription. Payback = one-off setup ÷ net monthly saving. ROI = (net saving over the period − setup) ÷ (setup + first-year subscription). Preset figures are indicative UK estimates for 2026 and vary by vendor and how fully the tool is adopted. Always confirm with quotes and your own staff rates.
