Is this the same app as C365 Site Diary?
Yes. DiaryAgent is the new name for the site diary app that was listed as C365 Site Diary. Same app, same address at diary.construct365.com, same entries — nothing you've recorded changes. Old links to the previous listing still work.
Can I use my diary entries in a dispute or claim?
Your entries are dated, time-ordered records of what happened on site, with photos attached to the day they were taken — the kind of contemporaneous record that delay discussions and extension-of-time claims rest on. Whether a record is sufficient for a particular dispute is a matter for you and your advisers.
What happens to my photos and records?
They're stored securely and used only to build your diary — never for advertising and never shared with other businesses. Your entries stay yours: you can review any day's record whenever you like, and if you close your account your data is removed.
Does it work on my phone on site?
Yes. DiaryAgent runs in the browser on your phone, tablet or laptop — fill in the day's entry from the cabin, the car park or the office. Photos go straight from your phone's camera into the day's record.
Does DiaryAgent connect to the rest of Construct365?
DiaryAgent is part of the Construct365 ecosystem and signs in with your Construct365 account. It runs standalone today; deeper integration with The ERP Experiment — shared projects between the diary and the ERP — is on the public roadmap vote.
